All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within **1-2 business days** (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 1 PM IST will begin processing the next business day.

If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of the package and its contents and notify us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at support@yourstore.com.
For lost shipments (where tracking stops updating for 10 days), we will initiate a claim with the courier and reship your order once the claim is approved.
